After flood water enters your home, it saturates everything with water that is very dirty. While mold is one of the main concerns, there are many other bacteria that are left behind as well. It’s important to take measures to make sure mold won’t grow as well as to sanitize your home before you start the reconstruction process. The longer you wait to bio-wash your home, the more mildew and mold grows and creeps into parts of your home that were not affected by the flood, causing more damage. It’s important to address this as quickly as possible.

Remove All Debris

The first thing we do is get all of the debris removed from your home. All the dust, dirt, and debris left behind after the demolition is carefully removed from your home and prepares it for the sanitization process

Clean & Sanitize Every Surface

We use an environmentally safe solution in combination with a soft washing process to sanitize and remove the mold and mildew from every surface of your home.

It’s important to make sure the mold and mildew spores are cleaned off each surface and removed from your home. If you only apply a biocide or bleach solution to the affected areas, some spores could survive and grow after you start reconstruction. That’s why our process removes the mold and mildew spores from your home. This ensures that you won’t have to worry about it.

Dry Structure

Once your home is clean, debris free, sanitized, and mold free, we begin the drying process. We use dehumidifiers and air movers in your home to accelerate the drying process. Most homes are completely dry in a few days. We’ll periodically come in and test the moisture levels throughout your home to make sure you are ready for reconstruction.
